Join us for our first block of classes in 2018! We start back on Tuesday the 9th and Wednesday the 10th of January.
We use authentic swing, charleston and jazz steps from the 1920s, 30s and 40s to create a unique cardio workout set to music from that era. If you are looking for something a little different,
but still effective for fitness and super fun, you've found it!
No dance experience required. Suitable for all ages, genders and levels of fitness.
Please wear normal work out attire and trainers. Please bring your own water and you may find a small towel is helpful.

I have signed up to the January block of Jitterbug Fitness Classes but I don't see where I say which days I want. I can only make the Wednesday evening classes.
